If you want to make a big impact fast, believe in a future where everyone has access to high quality affordable consumption, and would like to join the friendliest team in Retail-tech, then we would love to speak to you.We are small, but we have big plans to turn the retail world upside down, and we invite everyone to join us as we pioneer a future where grocery shopping is better for all.**Premises**:With the idea of focusing a large part of the marketing efforts in the physical stores of YEMA, we believe there is a need for growth for the marketing team in order to be able to coordinate and execute different actions that seek the increase of customers in our stores.**What you'll work on**- Analyze the results of online marketing campaigns online and get useful insight- Analyze the impact of offline trade marketing efforts and get useful insights- Help in the daily management of last mile platform (cornershop, uber eats)- Analyze customer retention, frequency and basket- **About you**:- You have just finished or are from the 4th semester onwards, in a career in marketing or in a career related to it.- You are passionate about the world of marketing in all its stages. From planning, to execution and feedback process.- You want to be part of a startup that has the driving idea to have a great impact on Mexican society.- You have very strong analitics skills.- You are able to perform under pressure, always looking for the best solution, and not necessarily the easiest, to the problems that arise.- You understand the different elements that compose digital marketing.
