Robertshaw is a global design, engineering and manufacturing company that sells product solutions into the white goods industry. It leverages this portfolio and technology into adjacent markets and after sales channels. Robertshaw manufactures more than 10,000 controls for commercial and home appliances. Some of these include: controls for washers and dryers, dishwashers, refrigerators, electric and gas cooking, ice makers, fluid dispensing, storage water heaters, gas valves for space/central heating and automotive/off road temperature and fluid controls.**Robertshaw is looking for**:- North America Accounts Receivable Manager**Essential functions**:- Lead, coach, and develop the AR team, achieving financial goals.- Responsible for ongoing monitoring and assessment of the team’s assigned customer account, including timely cash app and collections process.- Analyze payment trends by customer - propose actions to address and/or notify management when necessary- Support/Resolve customer claims - disputed items while providing feedback to those processes to prevent similar errors in the future- Handle escalated credit and collections decisioning and must be able to gather and analyze credit, financial, and other pertinent data to determine next steps.- Play a key role in general process improvements and process documentation - act as SME and super user; develop/maintain SOPs, training documentation and Internal/SOX Controls.- Provide support during internal and external audits- Work with stakeholders - Customers, HQ Finance, Sales and Plant teams to resolve billing, shipment, payment terms issues.- Oversee the processing of customer refunds.- Manage process regarding collections placed with third party collection.- Create reports to support or improve operational efficiencies.- Complete special projects as needed.- Manage new customer set-up and credit evaluation.- Prompt escalation of high visibility issues.**Required qualifications**- 2+ years of SOX related compliance and testing experience- Good analytical and Excel skills required plus ability to use Word and Outlook- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization as well as external customers- A proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to multi-task, think creatively, and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment- Detail-oriented with a high sense of urgency and exceptional organizational skills- Ability to create, design and document procedures- Comprehensive knowledge of ERP- Ability to manage multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency while meeting deadlines and solving problems- Excellent communication, critical, analytical, and interpersonal skills- Previous experience in supporting a global manufacturing organization**Skills and Abilities**- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).- Organization skills to anticipate, plan, organize and self-monitor workload.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminado, Por capacitación inicialBeneficios:- Opción a contrato indefinido- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Vales de despensa
