So If you are an experienced, self-motivated, and innovative operations lover we are waiting for you.****About the role**:This position combines a dynamic blend of strategic planning, business growth, operational oversight and leadership. We seek a top-performing individual to spearhead the driver growth and retention initiatives offering significant interaction with senior executives in Hong Kong.**What you will do**:- Owner of the driver strategy and execution, you will be responsible for growing and retaining the driver base in Mexico.- Manage and guide the driver team in the tracking of metrics and execution of projects aimed to meet driver operations objectives.- Work closely with HK team in defining the long-term strategy and implementation of innovation tools in Mexico- ** Driver acquisition**: Support the driver onboarding lead in the implementation of projects aimed to acquire drivers and ensure an effective Onboarding process.- Lead the driver brand awareness projects through the implementation of branded vehicles.- ** Driver management**: Support the driver management lead in monitoring service and quality metrics, maintaining a healthy marketplace through the implementation of incentives, communications and projects aimed to retain drivers. Responsible for the driver experience.- ** Corporate operations**: Manage off platform special operations for large corporate clients, working closely with our Sales team to identify the corporate specific needs and create efficient and tailored operation models.**We are looking for someone who**:- Has strong leadership skills to guide and coach our Driver Operations team to achieve our goals.- Is results oriented and proactive, always thinking outside the box and how to improve the process.- Has analytic and critical thinking skillsHas strong ability to build and maintain relationships with partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.- Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.**To be part of our team, you’ll need**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field.- Seniority of 4+ years with proven experience in operations or growth roles in tech, preferably in **last mile, start ups, /e-commerce fulfillment environment.**:- Proven Leadership experience- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in converting data into actionable insights that drive business success.- Proficiency in Excel is a must.
