And we need your help to get us thereDriver operations data analyst- On siteMain Responsibilities:- Work with the internal teams (Customer Service, Finance & other stakeholders) to investigate driver's issues & deliver optimal solutions;- Engage and collaborate with every function within the Driver Operations team and others, both lateral and vertical, to escalate information of driver's current issues and propose changes (if needed) in process & policy for driver.- Analytics: Using data to understand driver behavior in order to enhance our communication and incentive programs based on vehicle type.- Analyzing impacts on our supply/demand by seeking opportunities in driver availability hours, engagement (order/active driver), and specific supply shortages in certain regions during the weekly schedule.- Developing and optimizing processes: Taking general ideas and breaking them down into actionable steps with progressive deadlines for completion.- Continuously reviewing and improving existing reports;Doing everything possible to support and enhance the quality of our services.What are we looking for:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Actuary or relative.- Advanced English level (C1-C2)- At least 2 years experience in Data Analysis.- Strong ability in MS Office (Excel and Power BI) and Google Sheets is a plus.- An open-minded individual with excellent interpersonal skills that can interact and influence people with different profiles (age, nationality, experience, background).- Strong sense of prioritization, and structured mindset to cover multiple things at the same time, without compromising on quality.- LSS or relative is a plus.- Knowledge of Tableau, Looker Studio, and other data visualization tools (desirable), preferably with proficiency in programming languages.We offer- Base salary $20,000-$25,000- Grocery vouchers- Major medical insurance- Transportation support$20,000 - $25,000 a month
