**Summary**: The Sales Operations Support Specialist enters data from various sources into systems for processing and order management, and provides general project support to the Sales Operations and Sales Key Accounts teams.The position requires a self-directed individual who takes pride in delivering high quality service and support to customers and our internal teams, works well under pressure and deadlines, manages multiple priorities while managing important routines, maintains focus and flexibility during times of shifting priorities and change, has a relentless eye for detail in all aspects of the job, maintains discretion and professional judgment in business interactions, and proactively tackles and solves problems in a collaborative spirit.**Duties and Responsibilities**:- Order Entry and Processing: Efficiently manage and process assigned customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely fulfillment. Including: charging and releasing orders, order adjustments, maintaining and updating data in ERP, inventory adjustments, deviations with NuOrder credit processing and order sweeps to ensure clean order books.- Key Account Sales Ops support: Responsible for special needs customer orders such as Autoships order management (Spartan orders), Drop Ship orders.- Supplier Coordination: Act as the secondary point of contact for suppliers, ensuring products are shipped directly to customers.- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and alert Sales leads of the need to communicate with suppliers to restock items as needed.- Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to orders and shipments.- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, and supplier information in the CRM system.- Process Improvement Support: Identify areas for improvement in the drop shipping process and support implementation solutions to enhance efficiency.- Special projects as assigned.**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required**:- **Self-Leadership/Self-Directed** - Demonstrates an ability to take action and responsibility for personal success and failure; influences event and achieves specific goals; originates actions and works effectively with little supervision, direction, or precedent; initiates process improvements; utilizes self-leadership techniques to communicate with manager and seek and obtain the needed leadership style in order to be effective and engaged in position- **Motivated** - Must be highly motivated/energetic with a strong work ethic- **Responsiveness -**Demonstrates an ability to respond to urgent issues and items requiring immediate action**.**:- **Verbal and Written Communication** - Demonstrates an ability to clearly, concisely, and accurately present information verbally in a positive manner and clearly communicate in written format; writes clear, understandable letters, memos and reports.- **Time Management**- Demonstrates ability to set priorities use time effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines and commitments.- **Flexibility** - Demonstrates an ability to adapt to a variety of internal and external circumstances; adapts to changing priorities.- **Rapport Building/Customer Service**:- Demonstrates an ability to put people at ease and establish trust and credibility; develops good working relationships with others.- **Team Orientation** - Demonstrates an ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with others; keeps the company goals and personal integrity of everyone in mind when taking action; willingly assist other employees.- **Problem Solving** / **Critical Thinking** - Demonstrates an ability to gather data, analyze data, recommend solutions and follow through on results; ability to research and resolve issues in a timely manner.- **Organization**- Demonstrates ability to maintain information and work-related responsibilities and priorities.- **Excellent at Managing Multiple Priorities** - Demonstrates the ability to simultaneously manage a number of different projects to completion; provide service for many people for multiple projects.- **Detail Oriented** - Demonstrates an ability to pay close attention to the details of a document/project; demonstrates a thorough approach to daily tasks.**Minimum Job Requirements**:**Education and Experience**- 1 to 2 years’ related experience in sales operations or customer support. Experience in the apparel industry or a similar related environment preferred- High school degree or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or relevant field preferred.**Technical Skills and Experience**- Proficient with MS Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required- Experience with ERP, B2B, and CRM systems highly preferred.
