Overview Key responsibilities Collaborates with the general management in the strategic planning of the company’s growth and evolution. Ensures the fulfillment of the work plans of the collaborators under his charge. Ensures daily reconciliation of transactions performed in company’s credit cards on a daily basis against internal systems. Supports the director of administration and finance with financial analysis and projections. Collaborates within the team to coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback to improve service levels. Ensures that accounting is performed in a timely manner at monthly closing. Designs and implements short‑, medium‑ and long‑term strategies in the work team to achieve the goals and objectives of the area, leading to continuous improvement in terms of service quality, productivity and profitability of the company. Complies with the tax provisions that safeguard the interests of the company. Supervises, corrects and presents financial statements at the end of the month. Minimum Qualifications Education & Prior Job Experience Bachelor’s degree in accounting. Fluency in spoken and written English (B2). Minimum 3 years of proven work in general accounting, reconciliations, invoicing and data entry. Demonstrated work in a managerial position, such as head of the accounting department. Preferred Qualifications Education & Prior Job Experience Master’s degree in finance, administration or related field. Skills, Licenses & Certifications Microsoft Office proficiency. Advanced Excel skills; impeccable personal image. Professional communication (written and verbal). Information analysis. Attention to details, accuracy. Strategic thinking & problem‑solving abilities to be hands‑on. Great decision‑making skills and the ability to make difficult decisions. What we offer Gross monthly salary of $31,520 MXN. Performance monthly bonus based on management up to $12,608 MXN. 15 days of Christmas bonus. 12 days on the first‑year anniversary working in the company with annual increases. 3 paid time off days the first year with growth in the third year. 25% of the gross monthly salary vacation bonus.
