Apply here and show us what you’ve got: Role Overview We’re looking for a RevOps & GMT Consultant to own and optimize the systems that power our revenue engine. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building clean workflows, improving lead management, and turning marketing activity into booked appointments and revenue. You’ll be responsible for managing our CRM and GoHighLevel (GMT) setup—ensuring leads are routed correctly, follow-ups are automated, pipelines are accurate, and data is reliable. Your work will directly impact conversion rates, sales efficiency, and overall growth. This is a critical role for someone who thinks in systems, pays attention to detail, and understands how operational excellence drives revenue. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize CRM and GoHighLevel (GMT) pipelines Build and maintain automations, workflows, and follow-up sequences Ensure leads are properly tagged, assigned, and tracked Monitor lead flow from marketing to sales and improve conversion points Maintain accurate data, reporting, and dashboards Identify bottlenecks and recommend process improvements Support the sales team with clean systems and reliable operations Ensure consistent implementation of RevOps best practices Requirements Experience in RevOps, CRM management, or GoHighLevel (GMT) consulting Strong understanding of lead management, pipelines, and automations High attention to detail and systems-oriented thinking Ability to analyze data and identify inefficiencies Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with sales & marketing Reliable internet connection and organized workspace Nice to Have Experience with GoHighLevel (GMT), Close, Apollo, or similar CRMs Background in marketing agencies, SaaS, or service-based businesses Understanding of appointment booking and lead conversion funnels RevOps, CRM, or automation certifications How to Apply Love building systems that drive revenue?
