More than 30,000 organizations already rely on us to verify the identities of people and things, grant access to digital services, analyze vast quantities of information and encrypt data to make the connected world more secure.**Position Summary****This is a hybrid position within Cuernavaca, Morelos.**Thales is looking for an **Accounts payable analyst **who is primarily responsible to control the accounts payable of the Company, booking invoices, review & approval expense reports, monitor temporary liabilities, review, and solve supplier matters, monitor system problems.In this position you will also be responsible of monthly reconciliation of the account payable module vs general ledger, attention to audit requirement, monitoring of bank balances & prepayments of suppliers and employees’ advances.**Key Areas of Responsibility**- Review of invoices to register.- Verify the aging report.- Solve the matters raised between manufacturing and suppliers (quantity, price, quality etc).- Check available funds for payments.- Track declined payments.- Monitor advances of suppliers and employees.- Obtain all documentation available for any kind of audit- Payment of expense reports.- Close accounts payable module.- Reconciliation of the account payable vs general ledger.- Reconciliation of prepayments.- Attend and support audit requirements.- Build KPIs for the area**Minimum Requirements**- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.- Intermediate-Advanced English fluency- At least 2 years of similar experience.- Knowledge of accounts payables, local tax.- Finance information management.- Knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Outlook- Knowledge of Oracle & SAP is nice to have- Immediate reaction to urgent requirements.- Teamwork.- Conflict Management.- Problem Solving.- Effective Communication- Analytical Thinking.LI-HybridLI-MO1
