**Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant**We’re looking for an experienced **Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Consultant** to lead large-scale CRM implementations and help clients maximize the platform’s capabilities. You’ll leverage your expertise in **Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing** to design tailored solutions that drive business success.**Qualifications**- **5+ years** of experience implementing **Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM** as a Senior Functional Consultant.- Strong **leadership and communication** skills.- Fluent in **English** (written & spoken).- Experience with **large-scale CRM projects** is a plus.- Industry experience in **insurance, banking, financial services, public sector, healthcare, oil & gas, or retail** is an asset.- Deep knowledge of **Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing** modules.- **Dynamics 365 functional certifications** preferred.**Responsibilities**- Lead **Dynamics 365 CRM implementation projects** from analysis to deployment.- Understand business needs and recommend **best-fit Dynamics 365 solutions**.- Conduct **workshops** to gather and analyze client requirements for **Service, Sales, and Marketing**.- Design and deliver **customized solutions** that align with business goals.- Collaborate with developers to define **customization and data migration requirements**.- Conduct **knowledge transfer sessions** and provide documentation.- Identify and drive **CRM business development opportunities**.- Present **tailored demonstrations** of the latest Dynamics 365 capabilities.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $90,000.00 - $94,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasIdioma:- Inglés (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo remoto
