Descripción del Puesto McGraw Hill está buscando un Analista de Almacén calificado para supervisar y gestionar inventarios físicos y digitales de publicaciones, devoluciones y materiales complementarios. Este puesto es esencial para garantizar el flujo eficiente de bienes desde los proveedores hasta los clientes, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad y precisión. El candidato ideal deberá contar con habilidades organizativas sólidas, atención al detalle y capacidad para colaborar entre departamentos, cumpliendo con los plazos establecidos y resolviendo desafíos operativos. Responsabilidades Principales Gestión de Inventarios: Supervisar y controlar los inventarios físicos y digitales, asegurando la correcta identificación, etiquetado y codificación de todos los materiales editoriales. Recepción y Envío: Coordinar la recepción de bienes provenientes de imprentas, distribuidores y proveedores, verificando la cantidad, calidad y estado de los materiales. Planificar y supervisar la preparación y envío de pedidos a librerías, puntos de venta, clientes institucionales y ferias de libros. Control Logístico: Gestionar los procesos logísticos para garantizar entregas oportunas, manteniendo altos estándares de calidad y eficiencia. Colaboración Interdepartamental: Comunicarse de manera efectiva con los equipos editoriales, de planificación y proveedores para asegurar operaciones fluidas y alineadas. Resolución de Problemas: Identificar y resolver cualquier inconveniente que pueda surgir durante los procesos de producción, almacenamiento o logística. Este empleo es presencial y se requiere trasladarse a diferentes almacenes dentro de CDMX en algunas ocasiones. Requisitos Fuertes capacidades organizativas y atención al detalle. Habilidad para resolver problemas de manera eficiente. Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y trabajo en equipo. Familiaridad con sistemas de gestión de inventarios y software logístico (preferible). Educación Título técnico o licenciatura en Logística, Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería Industrial o áreas relacionadas. Experiencia Mínimo de 3 años en roles de coordinación, supervisión o análisis de almacenes. ¿Por qué unirse a McGraw Hill?
