**_Qualifications: _**- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Alteryx and experience with data management and collaboration tools- Experience working with tax technology/tax systems including Vertex, OneSource or other tax engine systems is desired- Understanding of ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle), Ford legacy transactional systems, and the impact on tax reporting and the general ledger- Understanding of testing protocols including creation of scripts, test execution, and defect resolutionExperience with Ford architecture processes (SFTP, Informatica, etc.) is desired**_Preferred Skills and Experience: _**- Strong data management and analytical skills- Communication skills to understand requirements and solicit feedback to ensure robust delivery of technology solutions- Experience automating tax processes to improve efficiency and accuracy- Adaptability & Continuous Learning - Embracing Change/Proactiveness (not just waiting for problems, but actively identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation)**_Roles & Responsibilities: _**General- Support technology plan to integrate tax technology tools across all functions within the Tax Office on a global basis- Assist with the build and development of a global tax technology team to ensure tax technology operations, objectives and vision will be supported in future years- Serve as the single source data coordinator with all related tax functions- Ensure that OTC technology tools are in compliance with Company control requirements- Assist in the implementation of agreed upon process and technology change- Enable functional data integration across the global Tax Office- Provide operational analysis and design support for global tax operations including technology automation, design, and implementation- Manage upcoming releases to determine impact on users, necessary communication/training, and testing- Monitor system issues log with IT to ensure timely resolution of items, escalate as necessary- Help centralize data requests and utilization of requested information
