**READ CAREFULLY before Applying****Employer Description**:A busy international air-ambulance company is recruiting **FULLY BILINGUAL MEDEVAC FLIGHT COORDINATORS**, with exceptional English communication skills, to join their coordination team. **Applicants MUST reply in English.**1. Coordinate and Supervise ALL aspects of flight operations.3. Prepare flight quotes & itineraries.4. Coordinate activity of 3rd party providers, such as FBOs, fuel, hotels for the crew on the road, etc.5. Coordinate interface with customs & immigration authorities, including preparation of relevant documentation.6. Always communicate in a polite, attentive, and effective manner.7. Work (6) days a week, eight (8) hour shift, and the availability to be flexible to work within a 7/24/365 operations team (inclusive of nights, weekends & holidays).**Experience Required**:**3-years’ experience in aviation in one of the following functions**:a. Flight coordination.b. Flight operations.c. Aviation customer service.d. Aviation administration or logistics.**Skills Required**:1. **Languages**: Advanced Professional English **(read, write, speak, understand, and think in English) **and Spanish.2. **Office technology**: High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, One Note), Google Search Engine, G-mail Suite (G-Mail, Docs, Sheets, Google Drive), Adobe PDF, DocuSign, and WhatsApp.3. **Work Equipment**: Own a reliable Desktop or Laptop computer with a functioning camera, microphone, and speakers; a cellphone with dependable data plan & WhatsApp; steady high-speed internet access; unfailing electrical source; and a quiet designed workspace to peform work duties without interruption.4. **Personal characteristics**:a. Mature, self-disciplined, goal-oriented, take-charge, and responsible.b. Meticulous attention to detail and relentless follow-up.c. Ability to multitask and prioritize.d. Ability to work under pressure.e. Ability to listen & take direction.f. Professional conduct and appearance.4. **Education**:a. High school diploma required. College educated preferred.b.
