Hemos creado una plataforma basada en los ingresos que les ayuda a obtener financiación, puramente basada en su rendimiento actual y futuro.**El Sales Enablement Coordinator es fundamental para crear apoyo** e impulso para algunas de las iniciativas clave que impulsan comportamientos y resultados de ventas, este Rol debe ejecutar tácticamente los resultados de los proyectos, garantizando que los esfuerzos de capacitación de ventas cumplan los objetivos estratégicos acordados con los Ramp up.Calificaciones (Nuestra lista de deseos):- Experiência**: Entre 3 y 5 años en puesto similar**:- Ingeniería Industrial, Finanzas, Especialista en Estrategia de Negocios, Administración.- Manejo de software de base de datos (Excel) intermedio- avanzado.- Entendimiento de gráficas, métricas, etc.- Experiência manejo de equipos de ventas.- **Preferible residencia en CDMX (México)**Responsabilidades (Lo que buscamos de ti):- Supervisar el Rendimiento del Sales Team- Alinear el a todos los miembros del equipo de ventas en los proceso de Fairplay- Evaluación de Métricas de impacto del negocio- Onboarding y Re entrenamiento del equipoIdiomas: inglés avanzado escrito y hablado.Requisitos de habilidades profesionales:- Habilidades financieras y/o matemáticas.- Organizado y con orientación a detalles.- Grandes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.- Capacidad para priorizar.- Capacidad para tener conversaciones difíciles.- Entusiasta y con mucha capacidad de trabajo en equipoEstos son algunos de nuestros beneficios:Prestaciones de leySuperiores a las de LeySeguro de GMMSeguro de vida100% remoto**Salary**: $30,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
