**Web Developer**:**Responsibilities**- Build and launch websites and mobile apps- Work closely as a project team to iterate on UI/UX designs- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle- Work collaboratively in an Agile environment- Debug and troubleshoot technical issues- Provide hands-on support with web development and maintenance as needed.- Develop and implement high-volume, complex marketing websites, and landing pages- Develop user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/JQuery- Implement and customize content management systems (CMS) with WordPress.**Requirements**:- Experience developing websites and implementing content management systems (CMS) in WordPress.- Strong knowledge of web design principles, search engine optimization (SEO), responsive website development, and usability standards.- Two years were spent developing HTML layouts using advanced CSS techniques focused on web standards and usability.- Experience in landing page development with WordPress.- Experience in integration of plugins for payments.- Excellent communication and time management skills.- Solid experience and strong PHP knowledge.- Solid Experience with SEO / SEM**Personal Characteristics**- Self-motivated individual with personal initiative, a flexible attitude, and the ability tomulti-task and work with shifting deadlines- Able to work extended hours when necessary- Extremely conscientious with great attention to detail- Highly creative, not only unconventional thinking but knows how to push creativity withinmore controlled project parameters and client brand standards- Excellent communication and language skills- Strong interpersonal skills, including diplomacy, tact, and assertiveness, as well as the abilityto manage and communicate well- Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, and perform under pressurein a fast-paced environment**How we do make your work (and your life) easier**:- 100% remote work.- You need to have your equipment- Hardware setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours - make your schedule.- Diverse and multicultural work environment.- Excellent compensation — well above the market average.- Here you can grow at the speed of your learning curve.**Salary**: Up to $12,500.00 per monthPregunta(s) de postulación:- Can you develop SEO / SEM?- Can you provide a portfolio of your work?Idioma:- Ingles (B1) (Obligatorio)Disponibilidad de turnos:- Turno diurno (Obligatorio)
