Our investors include the private equity firms True Wind Capital and TA Associates.**About the Role**:**Here is more of what you’ll get to do**:- Prepare journal entries, reconciliations, flux commentary for a variety of areas and subsidiaries including cash, prepaids, international accounts, and many more- Manage ledgers and schedules working with local teams all over the world to ensure information is complete and accurate- Own cash reconciliation processes for all accounts utilizing best in class software to streamline the process- Assist in other month-end related tasks- Provide support to Assistant Controller and Accounting Manager on a variety of projects**You’ll thrive in this role if you have**:- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting (required)- At least 2 years of accounting experience- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (vlookups, sumifs, nested formulas, pivots, etc.)- Understanding of accounting theory and US GAAP- NetSuite experience a plus- Ability to operate independently to accomplish objective and meet assigned deadlines- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees- Organized approach with a strong attention to detail, self-starter- Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsLeadVenture provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
