Job descriptionPropósito del PuestoBrindar un alto nível de servicio y asesoría financiera integral de manera remota a colaboradores de sucursal y clientes, en todo lo referente a sus necesidades financieras y administración de su patrimonio, haciendo crecer el portafolio de productos Wealth, propiciando el arraigo del cliente, cumpliendo en todo momento con los estándares globales y de calidad de acuerdo a la estrategia de Wealth Management Sales.- Asesoría y soporte a colaboradores de sucursal (RBWM) vía remota en dudas de producto y procesos Wealth, dirigido a incrementar la efectividad y la productividad en inversiones.- Operación de Compra-Venta de Fondos de Inversión a los clientes a través de un canal directo a la red de sucursales.- Apoyo y seguimiento a la estrategia Wealth Management Sales por medio de estrategias enfocadas en campañas, variaciones positivas en captación, retención y metodología de actividades, para maximizar la productividad.- Training en Productos Wealth- Negociación y aplicación de sobretasas para inversiones a Plazo en operaciones especiales.RequirementsConocimientos y experiência:- Licenciatura en el área Económico-Administrativa ó afines- Conocimientos en productos de inversión (Inversiones a Plazo, Fondos, Global Markets y Capitales)- Portafolios de Inversión.- Mercados económicos y capitales.- Certificación AMIB indispensable 3Competencias personales:- Enfoque a resultados.- Conocimiento de los sistemas del Banco (Hogan, Sobretasas, Filiales, etc.)- Trabajo en equipo.- Trabajo bajo presión.- Facilidad para comunicarse.- Apegado a reglas y políticas.- Orientación al servicio.- Vision de negocio.- Habilidad de negociación.- Habilidad de ventas.- Toma de decisiones.- Capacidad para solucionar conflictos.- Liderazgo.At HSBC we are committed to building a culture where all employees and customers are valued regardless of their gender, age, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability, religious belief, background or any other different personal aspect.HSBC employees act by showing integrity with courage, standing firm in what is right.
