**BU Unit Job Summary**:Under the direction of the VP, Global VOS:- Partner and consult with key Regional Business leaders, Functional leaders, plant managers and their leadership teams to shape strategy, develop plans and execute performance improvement initiatives.- Develop Lean capabilities of leaders, including other VOS practitioners in the region to create sustainable models to drive daily problem solving and continuous improvement.- Lead and coach leaders to integrate operations and functions end to end and drive improvement to reduce lead time, improve customer service levels, and lower total operating cost and increase cash flow.**Responsabilities**:- Responsible for continuous improvement projects that drive value creation- Ensure alignment and adherence to the VOS specs and framework- Frequently interacts with subordinates, customers and peer groups at various management levels- Ability to lead change initiatives and drive process excellence- Leads/Accountable for facility VOS communications, education and trainings in the assigned plants**Education & Certifications**:- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent of 15 plus years’ experience- Six Sigma / Lean certifications, preferred
