This role will engage across all Value Streams to ensure Platform standards are maintained, defining the vision and objectives for the Platform.Actividades:The role holder will be involved in activities around the following capabilities:- Platform strategy & demand- Solution insights & Platform re-usability- Platform best practices & standards- Vendor & risk management- Digital initiatives & industry awarenessRequirements- To Run sanity and health checks before opening the window service for any cross functions system- Supply support to review and assess any change control that impact to any Cross Function system- Make sure that any patching to be applied in any Cross function system is reviewed, assessed and tested.- ID incidents or number of incidents tracked or closed- To supply services for monitoring monthly processes- To supply services for the follow up and closing of incidents- Fixing incidents and deploy changes on production to solve and close incidents- Deploying or setting up tools for monitoring or continuous deployment- Following up (Local & global) to the practice of Service managementAt HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of leave days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
