**Job Function**:Supply Chain Planning**Job Sub Function**:Production Planning & Scheduling**Job Category**:Professional**All Job Posting Locations**:Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua, MexicoFueled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalized treatments.**We are searching for the best talent for Sr Planner to be in Juarez City.****You will be responsible for**:- Prepares schedules and ensures timely completion of work orders for manufacturing processes.- Analyzes product demand, sales patterns, forecasts. production specifications and plant capacity data.- Identifies raw material and component requirements for production from engineering and production spec.- Reviews support documents for scheduling which includes ordering route sheets, entering all requirements into the computer, and so on.- Monitors planning modules or production planning system with current lead times, and related information.- Establishes effective communication with various groups such as customers, sales offices, and plant production departments and monitors orders from start to finish to ensure the on time delivery of products.- Reviews capacity loads and identifies possible manufacturing constraints. Monitors and anticipates production issues due to capacity and new product launches.- Expedites and secures parts needed for production. Ensures timely ordering and delivery of components to support manufacturing activities. Prepares production reports.- Analyzes month end activity to determine the need for forecast modification. Recommends revisions. Participates in new product launch meetings and assist in developing new product forecasts and production schedules.**Qualifications / Requirements**:- A minimum of bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, logistics or engineering.- 4 - 6 years’ experience in supply chain/operations and medical device experience- Strong analytical and computer skills (Excel, Access, etc.)- Supply chain/operations and medical device experience and work experience in a regulatory environment, knowledge and understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures is required- Excellent interpersonal relationship skills are required.- Ability to test assumptions and scenarios and weigh business risks and opportunities.- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.- Demonstrate basic competency in project management skills- Consistently meet required training due date target be able to function independently while supporting the overall team’s goals.- Certification in production and inventory management (CPIM) or certification in supply chain planning (CSCP) is desirable.- Process Excellence/Six Sigma Certification, Training, and/or use of tools are preferred.- Bilingual Spanish / English
