**Job Summary**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Serve as the primary finance partner to the GSC Logistics team, providing financial analysis, forecasting, and performance reporting for global freight, duties, warehousing, and DC operations.- Develop and maintain cost models to evaluate logistics spend and identify drivers of variances and opportunities for cost optimization.- Support business cases for network strategy decisions, new DCs, automation initiatives, and logistics transformation projects.- Monitor KPIs and create dashboards to track logistics performance against financial targets.- Assist in the development of the annual operating plan, periodic forecasts, and long-range financial plans for logistics.- Ensure accurate and timely month-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, and reporting for logistics-related expenses.- Drive continuous improvement in reporting, forecasting, and analysis processes.**Your Skills and Expertise**- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, with logistics, transportation, or supply chain finance experience strongly preferred.- Strong analytical and modeling skills with a deep understanding of logistics cost structures and drivers.- High proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP/reporting systems (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Tableau).- Excellent communication and business partnership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.- Strong attention to detail and a process improvement mindset.- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.Solventum es un empleador que ofrece las mismas oportunidades. 3M no discriminará a ningún solicitante de empleo por razones de raza, color, edad, religión, sexo, orientación sexual, identidad o expresión de género, origen nacional, discapacidad o estado de veterano.Solventum is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism in our recruitment process.
