Your potential is our inspiration.Where You’ll Make a Difference- Support the Procurement Corporate Category for the North America region by developing and executing sourcing strategies for a competitive and cost-effective portfolio of materials and services.- Manage categories such as Professional Services (Finance Consulting, Legal Services, Audit & Tax), Financial Products & Services, HR services, Marketing & Communication, Travel & Entertainment, and Fleet.- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Corporate Functions to align sourcing strategies with global, regional, and local business needs.- Drive supplier performance, innovation, and digital transformation across the procurement landscape.- Assist in managing costs and performance for the full portfolio, optimizing supplier relationships and operational objectives.- Execute disciplined strategic sourcing methodologies, including spend analysis, market intelligence, and vendor diversification.-- Negotiate master agreements and resolve vendor performance issues to ensure alignment with business objectives.- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including working capital optimization and payment term negotiations.What Makes You the Right Fit- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Science/Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.- Over 10 years of experience in services procurement and supplier relationship management.- Professional certification such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or SPSM (Senior Professional in Supply Management).- Proven expertise in procurement for Corporate Services categories, including Consulting, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Fleet.- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze business practices and financial impacts.- Experience managing procurement activities across the North America region.- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.- Strong project management capabilities and experience working in cross-functional teams.- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.How Would You Stand Out?- Experience driving digital transformation and innovation programs within procurement.- Advanced negotiation skills with a track record of delivering year-over-year savings.- Ability to build strong supplier partnerships that support organizational growth and technology adoption.Why Choose Us?- Home office opportunity- Professional onboarding process- Training opportunities- Learning and development programsWe are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
