Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.Las principales responsabilidades del supervisor son:- Dirigir a su equipo de trabajo para planificar y coordinar las actividades de abastecimiento, reposición, almacenamiento y distribución de los materiales y productos a sus clientes interno y externos.- Asegurando un control de inventario y exactitud del inventario físico, como de la precisión de envíos y transacciones, buscando optimización de espacio de almacenamiento.- Aseguramiento de nuestra cultura de seguridad con cada empleado a su cargo, así como el seguimiento de las políticas y procedimientos.- Trabajar en cumplir las metas departamentales- Liderear, mentorear y desarrollo de su equipo de trabajo,- Medir y reportar el desempeño del equipo a su cargo.- Mantener profesionalismo y respeto en sus actividades diarias- **No están limitadas a ser las únicas_._Habilidades o conocimientos- Excelente manejo de personal- Trabajo en equipo- Excelente comunicación con clientes Internos y Externos- Conocimiento en administración de inventarios- Buen conocimiento paquetería Microsoft office- Conocimiento de la metodología 6 sigma- Conocimiento en el sistema ERP (Baan)Requisitos- 3-5 años de experiência en liderazgo- Ingles avanzado escrito y hablado- Carrera Profesional terminada- Pasaporte (Visa Vigente)- Disponibilidad de horarioPosting Dates:April 16, 2025 - April 25, 2025Caterpillar is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).Not ready to apply?
