Medical company is looking for a **Warehouse Supervisor**.**General Function**:Responsible for supervising warehouse staff, ordering, receiving, storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, equipment, and parts, in warehouse including but not limited to the following duties.**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:- Send and receive materials.- Monitoring the expiration date of materials, warning before expiration and scrapping after expiration.- Register all records of warehouse.- Responsible for periodical warehouse counting, ensure the compliance between account and goods.- Arrange the return for the raw materials which has physical inventory, when necessary.- Daily update of the chemical account according to the chemical requisitioning.- Survey the environment of semi-finished products warehouse, maintaining good environment during the non-working hours.- Inventory physical counting and reconciliation process with accounting record.- Warehouse space planning.- Order process and finished product inventory.- Order packaging info and documents.- Raw material and finished products in-and-out of warehouse.- Inventory report, receiving/shipping documents, distribution cost.- Supplier delivery, material return, raw material receiving notice.- Cross training of warehouse staff.**Requirements**:- High School Diploma or GED required.- At least 3 years warehouse/inventory experience required.- 1 years of supervisory experience.- Advanced english.**To work from Monday to Friday in Parque Industrial "El Pacífico".**Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernesLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
