Our partners gain a source of low overhead manufacturing jobs, allowing them to fully subscribe their factory capacity and eliminate idle time.Come join a rapidly growing team where you can take ownership of your role and build your career at MacroFab.**Responsibilities**Take control of full hiring process by:- Using our Applicant Tracking System (Jazz HR) as the main tool for job posting and applicant tracking.- Collaborating with hiring managers to produce quality job descriptions for posting.- Working with Hiring Managers to understand the role and the qualities and qualifications for the role in preparation for screening.- Advertising job openings on career pages job boards and social networks.- Conducting initial phone screens.- Coordinating phone and in-person interviews- Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process- Report to the Recruiting Manager and Hiring Managers on status of open positions.- Facilitating round-table discussions for interview feedback- Working with HR Lead to transition from hiring to onboarding.- Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices- Assist and participate in Recruiting projects- Must be bi lingual in English and Spanish- Experience with using an applicant tracking system preferred. Experience with JazzHR a plus.- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills- Strong organizational skills- Good negotiation skills- Strong decision making skills- Can easily adapt to new technologyFcE0Wi7G44
