One is 100% remote, so you can enjoy working from home; the other is a hybrid modality for those who like half and half, and we have our own local offices for those who prefer a corporate and friendly workspace.**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES THAT YOU WILL NEED TO CONSIDER**:- Perform full-cycle recruiting, including the development and execution of recruiting strategy.- Develop and maintain a strong partnership with internal business partners, including Staffing, Regional Directors/Operations, and HR.**Requisitos**:**Knowledge & Skills**:- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.- Problem-Solving skills, Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.- An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation.- Keen aptitude for systems knowledge.- Software aptitudes/ knowledge.- Experience in leveraging recruitment marketing and branding tools, including social media networks, highly preferred.- Effective negotiation skills.- English.**While at MOMA Remotes, you’ll enjoy**- The people.
