Transmitir expectativas de desempeño y manejar problemas delicados. Requirements Licenciatura en Logística, Comercio Internacional o afín. (Título indispensable) Inglés avanzado (indispensable) + 8 años de experiencia en área de logística, idealmente internacional. Preferred Qualifications Maestría concluida o en curso. Conocimiento del manejo de Oracle o algún otro ERP. Sólidas habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita. Sólidas habilidades interpersonales y de liderazgo. Capacidad de influir en otros y liderar equipos pequeños. Liderar iniciativas de alcance e impacto moderado. Capacidad de coordinar varios proyectos a la vez. Habilidades de identificación y solución de problemas efectivas. Habilidad analítica y organizacional comprobada.
