Provide the required training in the production process (safety, 5's, instructions)- Document in Q-Matrix the progress of the training levels of each collaborator to demonstrate multi-skilling and publish on each board.- Close shops for completed orders on a weekly and monthly basis.- Support in capturing indicators of the production process.- Monthly review of the TPMS and send a report to Maintenance on open actions and follow up on closures.**Qualifications**:- Last semester of a bachelor’s degree (Engineering)- Needs to have social security from school- Microsoft Office- Teamwork- ProactiveThe Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
