Junior Sales Representative/lead Generation

**Responsibilities**:- Research, collect, manage lead generation process- Identify lead sources and lead extraction strategies- Conduct customer research and contact prospects to qualify leads- Follow-up on leads and setup appointments with the sales team- Collaboratively work with the sales, and marketing team to develop lead generation strategies- Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations- Provide accurate and timely information to management- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process- Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently- Solving complex technical integration solutions and issues- Client account maintenance in CRM database, account collections**Required Skills**:- Bachelor’s degree- Direct work experience in a sales and lead generation process- Experience with research and maintaining databases- Excellent English communication (verbal and written)- Strong project and time management skills- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm- Ability to work individually and as part of a team- Effective listening and understanding of customer expectations- Ability to work remotely, reaching international customers base- Highly efficient Excel and Microsoft office skills- Sound knowledge of online research techniques- A keen eye for details- An analytical mind with a problem-solving attitude- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software- Creative thinking
