Top 50 company for Diversity and have multiple Sustainability awards (ranking #22 in the World and #1 in Food Products)**Position Summary**:We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Manager to lead our Google Analytics and tagging initiatives, focusing on GA4 implementation and optimization for our direct-to-consumer (DTC) eCommerce operations. This role will be pivotal in driving actionable insights, ensuring best-in-class tracking practices, and aligning analytics strategies with our business goals.**Key Responsibilities**:Google Analytics (GA4) Strategy & Management:- Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to support advanced eCommerce tracking.- Define and optimize data collection frameworks, reporting structures, and dashboards to ensure actionable insights.- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics aligned with business objectives.Tagging & Tracking Implementation:- Manage and oversee all tagging efforts using tools like Google Tag Manager (GTM) to ensure accurate data collection and reporting.- Audit and troubleshoot tracking issues, ensuring data integrity and compliance with privacy regulations.eCommerce Analytics:- Analyze customer behavior, sales performance, and campaign effectiveness to drive revenue growth in the DTC eCommerce space.- Provide insights into customer acquisition, retention, and conversion strategies.- Partner with global marketing, IT, product, and sales teams to optimize campaigns and user experiences based on data insights.Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Act as the primary liaison between the analytics team, agencies and other departments (global marketing, IT, ecommerce.).- Translate business needs into technical analytics requirements and deliverables.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.- Relevant experience in web analytics, with a strong focus on Google Analytics (GA4) and eCommerce tracking.- Proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and other tagging solutions.- Proven expertise in the DTC eCommerce domain, including experience with customer journey mapping and funnel analysis.- Solid knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Proven record of working with teams in different geographic locations- Fully bilingual English/Spanish- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization tools.
