**Minimum qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.- 6 years of experience in analytics, program management, management consulting, or operations.- Experience with financial modeling, spreadsheet software, SQL or other similar analytical tools.**Preferred qualifications**:- MBA or Master's degree.- Experience collaborating with data science and engineering teams.- Ability to successfully navigate and influence personalities within a business environment.- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills, including experience in executing cross-functional and operational initiatives.- Excellent communication skills along with the ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.About the jobIn this role, you will combine quantitative, analytics with business acumen to identify business trends and opportunities, design optimal business workflows, drive internal tools development, and introduce innovative capabilities leveraging our Data Scientists and Engineering teams. You work cross-functionally, partnering both internally and externally to develop and execute strategy.
