At PepsiCo, we’re committed to performing well as individuals and in teams, to strengthen the company as a whole.The FP&A Analyst is responsible of delivering financial analysis of CARICAM COGS (Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, Costa Rica and Panama), as well of the MOH of Guatemala to the MU and reporting the results to the MBS. To operate, constant and effective communication must be maintained with the local FP&A teams, as well as with other partners of different areas within the company. The scope includes the understanding, planning and review of the MOH and the cost components for manufacturing countries and importing countries. The role requires strong communication skills, effective relationship building, sense of ownership and accountability, as well as a strong analytical acumen.**ACCOUNTABILITIES**:- Support and drive CARICAM Foods’ COGS - ability to elaborate data bases and useful visualizations- Oversee the MOH- act as owner of the budget and support the functional areas to find opportunities and monitor their forecast accuracy.- Working across multiple Finance Functions to monthly forecast of the MOH and Direct Cost- Execute Last Estimates once a month and keep a continuos tracking of expenses- Execute and present MOH and Direct Cost Closings each month; identify main drivers of forecast deviations together with functional partners of other areas.- Develop PowerPoint presentations to communicate business results and insights- Support teams with analysis of expenses and costs upon request- Build effective cross departmental relationships supporting shared growth objectives- Collaborate with Finance functions on ad-hoc projects**Qualifications/Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance- English fluency required- Advanced Excel- SAP Knowledge- Understand key drivers of the P&L- Understanding of COGS and their main drivers- Skilled at collaborating across cross-functional teams and with a multicultural experience- Strong communication skills with ability to simplify key messages and provide valuable insights in a compelling way- Ability to influence at various levels of the organization and drive the agenda- Strong interpersonal skills and proven collaboration/teamwork experience- Strong analytical and project management skills- Effective time management & prioritization capabilities- Ability to work and think independently with limited direction and oversight- Actively participate in the improvement of processes and deliverablesThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career**Relocation Eligible**: Not Applicable**Job Type**: Regular
