**What success looks like in this role**:- Work modality: Hybrid. _- Live in CDMX, Monterrey or Guadalajara and with availability to attend our client's work site. _- Design and implement Pega solutions that are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business requirements.- Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand the business needs and translate them into technical solutions.- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and developers.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.- Manage the technical aspects of deployment and post-implementation support.- Keep abreast of the latest Pega technologies and functionalities, advocating for their use to improve project outcomes.**You will be successful in this role if you have**:- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Pega Senior Systems Architect (SSA) certification is required.- Around 3-5 years of experience as a Pega SSA, with a proven track record of developing and implementing Pega solutions.- Fluency in Spanish and English, with excellent communication skills.- Strong understanding of Pega PRPC architecture, tools, and development frameworks.- Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies is preferred.- Ability to work independently and in a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and adherence to deadlines.**#LI-AO1**Unisys is proud to be an equal opportunity employer that considers all qualified applicants without regard to age, caste, citizenship, color, disability, family medical history, family status, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, gender identity, genetic information, marital status, national origin, parental status, pregnancy, race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, transgender status, veteran status or any other category protected by law.
