We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.- “At HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member._- Our paid leave package is at the forefront in Mexico, now you have one more reason to be HSBC and proudly live a culture of well-being, balance and car care”_We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Technology Project Management****Main activities**:- Responsible for protecting production environment for Global systems, ensure end to end high availability, performance and reliability- Willing for continuous improvement, optimizing existing systems, managing infrastructure and reducing work through automation- Be able to efficiently communicate in the production/crisis calls- Accountable for executing root cause analysis for production issues.- Working in a 24x7 global operation team during Mexico shift.- In addition to RTB Global Payments operation, this role will also be:- Accountable for LAM RTB operation working along with Latin America countries to achieve customer satisfaction as well as perform RTB transformation for the following Lines of business:- Global Liquidity & Cash Management- Digital channels for Wholesale- Fully interaction with Agile team to get the knowledge from LAM systems then provide support to maintain the LAM business operation.- Systematic problem-solving approach.- Work Experience of 5 years with at least 2 years proof in L0/L1 production support- Leading a technical team- Strong verbal English communication.- Work during Americas shift on a follow of the sun (FTS) model, weekends (ROTA - based) and occasionally to be on after office hour on-call for supporting high and critical incidents.- Good understanding of Unix (Linux) command and Shell scripting.- Knowledge on SQL and Stored Procedures, preferentially in Oracle database- Good troubleshooting/debugging C++ and/or Java code, SQL and Stored Procedures.- ITIL concepts understanding. Experience on Service Management tool like Service now or something similar- Basic Integration knowledge (Architecture Design, Web Application Servers, IBM MQ, Load Balancers).Requirements**Calificaciones - Externas****Requirements**:- Work with central teams, others countries and cultures.- Report to business areas- SAFe Methodologu, increase velocity of the teams- DevOpsSec mindset- 24x7 availability- Work on site 3 day at week- IT engineering carer- 5 years on the role or similar roles of leadership.- High values and engagement, work under stress, conflict manager, resilience, self-motivation.- Agile, Safe, Leadership, Cybersecurity awareness.You’ll achieve more when you join HSBC.**Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing (India) Private LTD
