We aim to be where the growth is, enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper, and, ultimately, helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions.We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of **Mobile Implementation Manager**- Principal Accountabilities:_- Manage all developer accounts (used for developing and publishing apps) with Google, Apple and other mobile stores- Managed relationships with Google, Apple, Risk IQ- Automation consultancy and scripting work for app uploads direct to vendors- Release and maintain apps in the app stores and TestFlight/Google Play Beta, ensuring releases are delivered on time- Provide production support, including out of hours’ support- Help triage production incidents from customer app store reviews and app crashesRequirements- Advance knowledge of Agile methodology, having worked for 5+ years in an Agile environment and have a Safe qualification - Leading / Implementing Safe- 5+ previous years’ experience in mobile release management/ project management- Skills:_- Outstanding Technology leader who is passionate about driving the business agenda- Track record of being able to manage a large number of releases concurrently- Commercially aware and understands digital platforms, services and underlying processes to fulfil- Culturally sensitive and understanding of global and local customer needs- Flexibility with working hours supporting global markets- Strong ability to balance risks vs. rewards and maximizing the cost effectiveness and profitability for the businessAt HSBC we offer our colleagues a greater number of days so that they can fully enjoy their wedding, take care of the new member of the family, or grieve the loss of a family member.
