**Operation Analyst (Customer Service)**Como costumer Service contribuirás a comprobar y validar los datos de facturación de las campañas con la fuente correspondiente, realizarás validaciones básicas y harás un seguimiento con las partes interesadas internas correspondientes. Facilidad de palabra, atención al cliente. Resolver el problema de quienes compran y entregan una experiência satisfactoria, ampliando el compromiso del público.**Responsabilidades**:- Filosofía de trabajo centrada en satisfacer a quien compra, aumentando los níveles de compromiso y enriqueciendo la experiência del cliente.- Atención al cliente lidiar directamente con quejas y feedbacks negativos dados por los consumidores.- Garantizar que el cliente alcance todos los objetivos que trazó cuando contrató el producto o servicio de la empresa.- Soporte a los consumidores ante necesidades técnicas y de servicio.- Excelentes conocimientos de MS Office (especialmente Excel) y del software ER (JDE u otro).- Dominio del inglés.
