To consistently deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients, we only hire the Top 1% of the best talents and nurture their professional growth on exciting projects.Social Media Specialist at BairesDevWe are looking for a Social Media Specialist to gather and analyze social media data to build optimized reports and generate insights for social analytics, social listening, monitoring, and benchmarking to help steer the strategy for content creation and overall campaigns.What You'll Do:- Gather data and generate intelligence reports on our social media performance.- Analyze and generate insights into direct competitors’ social media.- Work closely with the Social Media Community Engagement specialist to create robust, rich reports and insights on Social Listening.- Cooperate closely with the Social Media Content Development Specialist to positively influence content strategy.- Analyze BairesDev’s social media and digital presence to propose improvements and strategic and tactical directions.- Build reports on campaigns for different stakeholders company-wide.- Assist team members to maintain best practices in our social media management tool.Here is what we are looking for:- 2+ years of experience in a similar position.- Excel, Google Sheets or other analytics tools’ skills.- Great understanding of business intelligence techniques applied to social media analytics.- Experience in creating accessible, actionable data reports.- Ability to manage time and tasks.- Attention to detail.- Critical and creative thinking.- Collaborative teamwork.- Ability to both work with and generate insights from data.- Advanced English level.Desirable:- Knowledge and experience with technology or related fields.- Understanding of digital transformation, digital acceleration, and nearshore tech outsourcing.- Familiarity with social media and content management tools such as Hootsuite and Oktopost.- Comprehension of Google Analytics and similar tools.How we do make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote work.- Hardware setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours - make your schedule.- Paid parental leave, vacation & holidays.- Diverse and multicultural work environment.- An innovative environment with the structure and resources of a leading multinational.- Excellent compensation — well above the market average.- Here you can grow at the speed of your learning curve.Our people work remotely but with a consistent and robust culture that promotes diversity and teamwork.
