The Senior IT Project Manager manages a project (standalone or as part of a program/larger project) to ensure it delivers expected and aligned Business Case to the IT and/or Business Sponsors, on time, on budget, on scope and on quality that may be clearly defined upfront or may require dynamic and iterative scoping, delivery and change management (agile program management), adhering to established Project Management methodologies. S/He is responsible for participating and/or leading/driving discovery through to design with the Assembly Team of IT and/or Business resources to then help build the Business Case with comprehensive budget planning for final submission and approval.What are the 5 most important job responsibilities for this specific position?- Creates a structured project, implementing IT agile project methodologies.- Develops and controls the Project budget, and manages expenditure within agreed value delivery and spending plans.- RAID (Risk, Action, Issue, Decision) Log is established, monitored, and maintained.- Readiness Assessments as appropriate are conducted on a timely basis with business/IT signoffs.- Ensures all projects are consistent with overall IT customer objectives and strategic plansWhat technical experience in this position will help IT at Nestlé meet its goals?- 'Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience- 5+ years of experience in IT and business/industry- 3-5 years of diverse roles and increasing leadership responsibilities- Agile project management experience would be an asset.
