With more than 25 years of experience Baja Fulfillment will allow you to focus on your core business strategy while we take care of bringing your product to the market.**En BAJA FULFILLMENT nos dedicamos al Packeting y Warehouse, solicitamos CUSTOMER SERVICE**:**COMPETENCIAS BAJA FULFILLMENT**:- Trabajo en equipo- Orientación al cliente- Orientación a resultados- Atención al detalle- Proactivo- Flexibilidad- Compromiso- Respeto**Requisitos**:- INGLES A NIVEL CONVERSACIONAL- Experiência mínima de 1 año en puesto similar- Fuertes habilidades de PC, incluida la competencia en Microsoft Office Suite- Habilidades deseables en AIR TABLE- Habilidades deseables en SHIP HERO- Habilidades interpersonales y de comunicación.**RESPONSABILIDADES**:- Ayudar con los documentos de importación y trabajar con intermediarios junto con nuestro equipo de importación/exportación para envíos entrantes y salientes.- Dirigir, coordinar y dar seguimiento de manera efectiva a los problemas no resueltos con diferentes departamentos si es necesario.- Supervise la actividad de la cuenta, como pedidos, inventario, envíos y más.- El Agente de atención al cliente identificará oportunidades para mejorar la experiência comercial y propondrá actualizaciones y nuevos servicios según corresponda.- Cumplir con las normas mexicanas de Seguridad e Higiene y Salud Ocupacional establecidas por la empresa.- Atender los programas de capacitación establecidos por la empresa.- Cumplir cabalmente con los estándares de calidad, productividad y mejora continua 5’S establecidas por la empresa.**FUNCIONES ESENCIALES DEL PUESTO**:- Administre la cola de contactos comerciales entrantes (teléfono, chat y correo electrónico) y tickets diariamente, incluido el seguimiento de las consultas en función de las fechas que se comprometieron.- El representante de atención al cliente se asociará con la administración de nuestro almacén para garantizar que las solicitudes se completen a tiempo y de manera profesional.- Solicitudes de venta clave, conocimientos de embarque y órdenes de compra en relación con las órdenes recibidas de ventas o clientes.- Manejar el abastecimiento de material según lo requieran los clientes y socios de ventas.- Verificar los cargos de flete en los pedidos y obtenga un comprobante de entrega según sea necesario.- Haga coincidir los reconocimientos con las órdenes de compra y resuelva cualquier discrepancia.- Resolver problemas sobre artículos dañados mediante la coordinación con clientes Asistir en la investigación y resolución de problemas relacionados con los círculos de fin de mes (informes de inventario).- Ayudar a verificar los envíos salientes para el almacén, Proporcionar asistencia a otros empleados según sea necesario.- Soporte operativo (control de inventario, consignaciones, 3PL’s)Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $1.00 - $2.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno matutinoPrestaciones:- Aumentos salariales- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Seguro de vida- Vales de despensaTipos de compensaciones:- Bono de asistencia- Bono de productividad- Bono de puntualidad
