Today, we continue to lead because we have a world-class, diverse workforce that puts the customer at the center of everything we do.**About this Role**Carrier is looking for students in Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Management and other majors with demonstrated leadership ability and strong academic performance to join our competitive** Carrier Operations Leadership Program (OLP)**. The OLP offers new graduates an opportunity to deliver impactful contributions to strategic projects through three eight-month rotations across various Carrier business units.OLP rotation locations will reside within Santa Catarina but OLPs may rotate to different buildings to different leaders during their first 2 years.Our Disruptive Climate Solutions and Integrated Energy Systems team is evolving to maintain Carrier’s leadership in the market through investments in advanced research, technologies and methods that will shape the future of our products and services. As part of this transformation, we are hiring and empowering a recently graduated electrical engineer to help us innovate and pursue sustainable solutions for our customers.**Key Responsibilities**- Interaction with team members from different facilities to develop projects assigned.- Management of your own workflow for assigned projects.- Ability to adapt to new teams, interest to learn and continuously improving.- Assist electronics engineers to support product modifications.- Support and update the engineering drawings and bill of materials.- Participate in cost reduction & quality improvement projects.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in related major.- Average of Academic grade point must be greater than or equal to 80 and above.- To be eligible for the program, you must be an August or December 2024 graduate of the degree in the relevant field and start in the Leadership Program January 2025.- Relevant internships or co-op experiences referred.- English language mid to advance proficiency.**Soft skills**:- Strong commitment and interest in a career within Operations.- Proactive and results-driven; thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.- Ability to communicate professionally in written and verbal format across a wide audience.- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills- Strong adaptability capacity.- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, while managing multiple priorities.- Able to identify and develop continuous improvement projects to influence and drive change.- Knowledge of refrigeration products (preferred but not required).- Ability to solve challenging and complex customer requests.EarlyCareers**Carrier is An Equal **Opportunity/Affirmative** Action Employer.
