**Department**: Customer Service**Reports To**: Director, Customer Experience and Quality (U.S.based)**Location**: Juárez, Mexico (Remote Warehouse)**Employment Type**: Full-Time- Please submit resume in English_**Job Summary**:The Inventory Specialist is responsible for receiving, picking, and maintaining accurate inventory at DRG’s remote warehouse location in Juárez, Mexico. This role supports cross-border fulfillment by managing inventory movement, processing release documentation, and maintaining kanban systems at designated customer sites. The position includes occasional local deliveries and requires accurate data entry into both the Promex system and DRG’s ERP platform (CERM).**Key Responsibilities**:- Receive incoming inventory and verify quantities and condition against packing slips or transfer documentation.- Pick and stage materials for production orders, customer releases, or internal transfers.- Accurately enter all shipments, receipts, and release information into two systems: Promex (Mexico system) and CERM (U.S. ERP system).- Conduct inventory counts and assist with cycle counting and reconciliation efforts.- Maintain clean, organized inventory storage areas in accordance with safety and 5S practices.- Monitor and replenish kanban inventory at customer locations in the Juárez region.- Perform occasional deliveries within Juárez using a company vehicle.- Communicate inventory shortages, delivery concerns, or system discrepancies to the Fulfillment Supervisor.- Support warehouse organization and participate in ongoing process improvements.**Qualifications**:- High school diploma or equivalent required.- 1+ year experience in warehousing, inventory control, or materials handling.- Experience with **data entry across multiple systems** (Promex and ERP systems experience a plus).- Familiarity with kanban or lean inventory practices preferred.- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new software systems quickly.- Valid driver’s license and clean record for local deliveries in Juárez.- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.- Must be able to work independently.- **Bilingual in Spanish and English required** for system use and coordination with the U.S.based team.**Work Environment**:- Remote warehouse setting with physical activity, warehouse equipment, and time-sensitive tasks.- Requires regular walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and making occasional deliveries (within walking distances).- Travel within Juárez is required for kanban restocking and light deliveries.Work Location: In person
