At PepsiCo, we’re committed to performing well as individuals and in teams, to strengthen the company as a whole.PepsiCo Beverages North America (PBNA) IT is seeking a Data Analytics/Business Analyst to become a key contributor to the future of the BI Reporting IT team.This position is expected to act as a liaison amongst end-users, product manager, IT developers in the analysis, design, testing, acceptance, and adoption of software solutions.**Key Accountabilities**:- Gather requirements from business users to create specification, use cases- Partner with Scrum Master to build Features, User Stories, test plans from technical specifications- Partner with team and business partners to perform comprehensive system integration testing to assure quality and stability within reporting systems and data accuracy- Conducting troubleshooting to support upstream system changes to ensure there is quality assurance and stability- Partnering with business/product owner to create user documentation for developed productsQualifications:**Key Skills/Experience Required**- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.- 3+ years experience in programming and development projects- 1+ years experience in database programming, SQL queries- Development and testing background in BI Reporting Environments- Strong understanding of development methodology and lifecycle- Working knowledge of Power Bi and Tableau Experience in working with database systems Experience in working with SQL programming- Experience working in Agile- Excellent drive and self-motivated individual- Work and collaborate with team members in different time zones- Excellent Communicator (written & verbal) Strong Attention to DetailThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career
