Every day, 36,000 employees worldwide are committed to this with passion, know-how and innovative strength.**YOUR TASKS**- Working within the project team according to the HELLA PEP7 as standardized process for development projects- Follow-up the targets in terms of quality, cost and timing - QTC by analysis and evaluation of lessons learned and opportunities for improvements of the projects - Re-DtC- Supporting in implementation actions to ensure best practices based on the quality, cost and timing - QTC targets specified by the clients, using major result-securing methods (e.g. FMEA, Engineering Change Management) in order to meet customer requirements and achieve optimum economic efficiency- Initiation of continuous product development to ensure the QCT targets for the plant; like manufacturing costs, gross margin, non-quality expenses; through the analysis and evaluation of lessons learned and opportunities for improvements of the project (risks, problems, opportunities, threats), looking for driving lean manufacturing**YOUR QUALIFICATIONS**- Holding a Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical, Industrial or Mechatronic Engineering- 3 years of project work experience in automotive industry- Ability to keep a reliable overview on multi-disciplinary activities- Customer management experience in automotive industry- SAP skillsTake the opportunity to reveal your potential within a global, family-run company that offers you the best possible conditions for progressing in your career.**HELLA Automotive Mexico S.A. de C.V.**Jonathan Carrillo MorenoPhone:
