**Job Title**:Specialist Digital Content**Position Purpose**The Digital Content Specialist is responsible to create and/or revise written content for an engaging digital experience. Under the direct supervision of the Digital Experience Manager, she/he will research, write and edit a wide range of resources for customer education in both DIY and commercial channels of AutoZone and its products. The role also has the chance to collaborate with internal (Merchandising, Commercial, Operations, Marketing, others) and external teams (Creative, Media, and Customer Intelligence Agencies) to research content and gain a deep understanding of our products. He/She supervises and executes the content matrix, the creation process developing content strategies, monitors consumers, trends, content metrics to give feedback, and continuous improvement to support our brand positioning and marketing goals.**Primary Accountabilities**:- Supervises and executes the content matrix based on daily research and current events to ensure that the content remains consistent across all digital platforms effectively, reaches the target audience and marketing goals ensuring all content aligns with SEO, SMO, and PPC optimizing, individual personas, problem statements, and journey stages.- Builds and maintains the content library collaborating with Merchandising, Operations, Commercial, and Marketing teams to create and update existing content relevan to to customer and company needs that align AutoZone as an expert in the industry and differentiates us from competitors.- Measures and report the performance of content with various analytic tools to keep up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.- Coordinates relationships with cross-functional teams, external agencies, third-party content creators and providers into the overall content strategy.- Executes content audit to review digital products and evaluate them from a user experience perspective to ensure they meet correct requirements including review of images, features, and benefits missing of products descriptions, outdated content, incorrect data among others.**Education & Experience**Level of Formal Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) or equivalent.Area of Study: Literature, journalism, advertising, marketing, communications, or similar.Years of Experience: Three to five years.Type of Experience: Proven work of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar. Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC. Knowledge of web traffic metrics.Special Certifications or Technical Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media. The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology. Hands on experience with MS Office and WordPress. Good organizational and time-management skills. Attention to detail. Critical thinker and problem-solving skills. English proficiencyOther / Preferred: Basic technical knowledge of HTML and web publishing. Advanced analytics tools such as Omniture
