Title: Maintenance Planner Location: Toluca Plant, Mexico (Onsite) Category: Supply Chain and Operations Overview Join our team as a Maintenance Planner . In this role, you will coordinate and supervise the technical team to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities. You will plan, schedule, and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies aligned with plant objectives, while promoting safety, quality, and cost efficiency. You will also drive continuous improvement initiatives using DMAIC and root cause analysis to enhance reliability, productivity, and operational performance. Responsibilities Maintenance leadership & coordination: coordinate and supervise the technical team to ensure effective execution of maintenance activities. Maintenance planning & reliability: develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance plans to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime. Continuous improvement: lead improvement initiatives using DMAIC & root cause analysis to enhance quality, productivity, and cost efficiency. Third‑party & work order management: oversee contractors and ensure corrective work orders are properly executed and closed accurately. Cost & downtime optimization: coordinate planned downtime and drive initiatives to reduce maintenance costs & improve MTBF. Qualifications Engineering bachelor’s degree. Maintenance experience (execution or planning). Intermediate English proficiency. SAP knowledge. Root cause analysis expertise. Leadership skills. Strong planning and organizational abilities.
