Revisión y evaluación de inventarios de material codificado. Administración de actividades de almacenistas. Apoyo en la administración de almacenes de maquinado y mantenimiento. Control y revisión de costo de inventario de material codificado. Coordinación, captura y verificación de inventarios cíclicos de almacenes. Control y administración de pases de salida de material y reparaciones. Revisión y autorización de requisiciones de material codificado. Seguimiento y control de matriz de mantenimiento de 5 S’s de almacenes. Control y seguimiento a material faltante y sobre inventariado. Control y seguimiento a material obsoleto. Revisión diaria de material codificado debajo de su punto de reorden. Elaboración de reportes de medición, como faltantes de almacén, satisfacción de usuarios, tiempo de paro de línea por falta de artículos codificados y “scrap” del almacén.
