**Your **Job**- **Our Packaging Information Technology Group is seeking an EDI Business Analyst to join our team to onboard and support EDI growth and business needs. You will work closely with business leaders to define opportunities, update EDI processes and technologies to drive faster, more efficient EDI onboarding in turn driving down cost.****Our Team**- The role will be within a dynamic EDI team that collaborates with internal and external resources to ensure seamless data exchange, drive EDI growth, and maintain strong supply chain relationships. The team focuses on innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement to support the company's digital transformation.**What You Will Do- Leverage in-depth knowledge of ERP system data models to create accurate EDI document mappings and deliver efficient EDI troubleshooting and support.- Liaise with supply chain partners to assess and validate EDI capabilities and performance before finalizing agreements between GP and warehouses.- Develop and implement analytics to identify areas for improvement and drive EDI growth across the organization.- Develop clear, consistent, and effective communication across all levels of the organization.- Effectively manage and prioritize a support queue, ensuring timely resolution of EDI-related issues- Collaborate with the Corporate EDI team on Sterling envelope and map creation, as well as ongoing maintenance.- Partner with IT cross functional resources to address integration requirements and ensure seamless connectivity.- Work closely with the ERP system team to resolve source system functionality or data-related issues, utilizing monitoring tools to proactively detect and address support needs.- Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate recurring support issues and improve system reliability.- Identify and implement opportunities to enhance EDI monitoring capabilities.- Accelerate EDI onboarding by increasing the efficiency and number of partners onboarded simultaneously.- Develop, standardize, and document processes and procedures across the business for consistency and improvement.- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, including employees and management.- Exhibit a strong sense of ownership, initiative, and urgency in all responsibilities.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an EDI Analyst or in a similar role.- Proficiency in reading and interpreting XML data, including the ability to analyze and understand key values.**What Will Put You Ahead.**- Experience in Packaging and/or Building Products Industries.- Experience with ADO, Agile Methodologies, and basic SQL.- Strong understanding of EDI methodologies and best practices, including experience with various EDI standards, protocols, and implementation strategies.**Who We Are**As a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
