**Job Description Summary**:**Roles and Responsibilities**- Monitor due diligence status for customers and suppliers in Mexico (ensuring completion of information according to the corresponding regulations)- Monitor and follow- up on process steps for customer and supplier agreements labor law amendment- Report tracking of employee’s attendance to customers sites to document management vendor monthly- Coordinate specialized services license renewal amongst functional teams- Monitor interface status from people operations reporting tool to document management supplier- Identify and analyze deficiencies based on document management dashboard and workflow status- Assess and communicate to process owners key risks to take corrective actions.- Ensure all data is made available to operations team to allow customer monthly reporting on a timely basis- Ensure all data is made available to corresponding team to allow IMSS/Infonavit quarterly reporting on a timely basis- Coordinate the functional areas to comply with audits and government inquires- Provide training and guidance to the functional teams whenever required.- Administer box/workflow and smartsheet environments to make appropriate changes whenever required.- Set up operational rhythm with functional owners.- Perform any other activities that may be required to support the coordination of reporting to government and customers as well as the coordination of data gathering processes for those purposes.- Developing in-depth knowledge of a discipline. Uses prior experience and acquired expertise to execute functional policy/strategy.- A job at this level is likely to be an individual contributor, with proven interpersonal skills. Communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered. Provides informal guidance to new team members. Explains complex information to others in straightforward situations.- Impacts projects, processes and procedures in own field. The role operates with some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities/provision of advice within an enabling discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Activities require professional judgment but may require more senior levels of guidance.- Utilizes technical expertise and judgement to solve problems. Leverages technical skills and analytic thinking required to solve problems. May use multiple internal sources outside of own team to arrive at decisions.**Required Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college in Law, fiscal/social security lawyer, Accounting, Tax, or any related degree**Desired Characteristics**- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
