Descripción y detalle de las actividadesResponsabilities: 1. Project Coordination: Manage the end-to-end process of introducing new products, coordinating activities between various departments like R&D, production, procurenment and quality assurance. 2. Prototype Oversight: Oversee the creation and testing of prototypes, ensuring they meet design specifications and quality standards. 3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across the organization, including design, manufacturing, and supply chain, to facilitate a smooth transition from development to production. 4. Timeline Management: Develop and maintain detailed project timelines, ensuring all key milestones are met for a timely product launch. 5. Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks during the introduction process and develop strategies to mitigate them, ensuring mínimal disruption. 6. Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate the feasibility of new product introductions, considering technical, logístical, and resource-related aspects. 7. Cost Analysis: Monitor and analyze costs associated with the introduction process, aiming to optimize efficiency and reduce expenses. 8. Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to the new product introduction, including technical specifications, testing results, and progress reports 9. DFM devlopment. Complete a Design For Manufactuing process/document for each product being trensfer in 10. Responsible for BOM creation and up-load them in the company ERP system, SAP. 11. Assisting in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles, participates and helps training production DL operators on the production processes. 12. Maintains 5S order and cleanliness at all times in his/her own dedicated áreas. 13. Requires strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills, and a foundational understanding of industrial engineering principles. ent and tExperiência y requisitosRequirements: - Completed degree. - Have a degree or professional license. - Advanced conversational English. - 5 years of experience in a similar position. Experience: - New Product Introduction / transfers - Production line set up - Wood products, production process - Wood CNC process and CNC programming - DFM Analysis and preparation. - SAP system. Knowledge: - Project Management Tools - Cost análisis - Solid grasp of engineering principles. - In Depth knowledge of Manufacturing process, Wood. - Data análisis and reporting.
