No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know more**:PepsiCoJobs****Join PepsiCo, dare for better.****Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**Support day-to-day procurement operations across multiple projects and categories for the North America sector (USA and Canada).Draft and review standard contracts, NDAs, and other legal templates under guidance from other team members from different functions.Coordinate supplier onboarding, set-up and changes in procurement and finance systems.Provide support to stakeholders by managing project requests, deliverables, and reporting. Post RFP activities, supplier’s classification, payment terms update, catalogs enablement, etc.Assist in ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.Contribute to cross-functional teamwork by supporting colleagues on ad-hoc requests and project needs.**Your Impact**As **Global Proc Assoc Analyst** your responsibilities would consist of:Stakeholder & Supplier Management- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and align sourcing activities to business needs.- Onboard and set up new suppliers in procurement systems, ensuring compliance with required documentation.- Manage supplier classification change requests and ensure accurate supplier data in procurement systems.- Monitor supplier performance and follow up as needed to secure deliverables and maintain engagement.Contract Management- Oversee the full contract lifecycle, from drafting, negotiation, and execution through renewals and tracking.- Draft and review engineering contracts, NDAs, and other standard procurement agreements.- Ensure compliance with PepsiCo procurement and legal policies in all contracting activities.- Collaborate with legal teams to review, edit, and finalize contractual agreements.Continuous Improvement & Governance- Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and simplification within procurement processes.- Benchmark practices against other global hubs to drive best-in-class procurement capabilities.- Support governance efforts by ensuring sourcing activities meet policy and compliance requirements.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?****Experience**- Bachelor’s degree in commerce/business administration/industrial engineer/ or a related field- ** Advanced English** level - speaking, reading, writing- Broad understanding of Global Procurement activities with previous global procurement experience- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make data-driven recommendations.- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.- Proficient in procurement software - Ariba Sourcing (desired)- Knowledge of legal aspects related to contracts and procurement.- Knowledge of MS Office Excel (Intermediate)**What can you expect from us**:- Opportunities to learn and develop every day through a wide range of programs.- Internal digital platforms that promote self-learning.- Development programs according to Leadership skills.- Specialized training according to the role.- Learning experiences with internal and external providers.- We love to celebrate success, which is why we have recognition programs for seniority, behavior, leadership, moments of life, among others.- Financial wellness programs that will help you reach your goals in all stages of life.- A flexibility program that will allow you to balance your personal and work life, adapting your working day to your lifestyle.- And because your family is also important to us, they can also enjoy benefits such as our Wellness Line, thousands of Agreements and Discounts, Scholarship programs for your children, Aid Plans for different moments of life, among others.**We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
