Manage finance planning and performance management activities and related financial decisions including strategic plan and annual planning/forecasting activities, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling and decision support.- Partner with business, operations and functional leaders to provide critical financial perspective and insight for business strategies and decisions.- Drive for harmonization, efficiency and improvements on ways of working and build a mindset of continuous improvement within the Finance team.- Perform variance analysis against forecasts and budgets, providing timely, value-driven insights to senior stakeholders. Explain variances and identify their root causes. Recommend corrective actions where necessary.- Demonstrate sound business judgment to weigh resource allocation, risks and opportunities.- Build a high-performing Finance team. You will also recruit and develop Finance talent and drive our Finance talent agenda.**Qualifications**:- BA in Business Administration, Finance, Business/Management, Engineering. MBA Desirable.- +8 years’ experience in Multinational Companies (FMCG, Chemical, CPG, Food & Beverages) at FP&A, Performance Management, Supply Chain/Marketing/Sales Business Partner, with at least 3 years managing teams.- Advanced English skills able to present financial information to a corporate audience- ERP (Oracle, SAP), Ms. Excel, PowerPoint.
